Michal is a Founding Partner of Better Bite Ventures, the first VC fund dedicated entirely to alt protein startups in Asia Pacific region. Better Bite has backed founders of 10 plant-based, cell-based and fermentation early stage startups in the region and planning to support another 15-20 in the next few years. Michal is also a founder and editor of Future Food Now, a leading newsletter covering the alt protein market in Asia Pacific.
